Our little Life After Pregnancy
Hello my loves, It has truly been a while since I posted a new blog post but as you guys know I am a New Mommy to Zara R Whyen (aka: baby whyen) ❤ Today’s post I am sharing a little of my birth story and life after pregnancy.. Baby whyen was due around June 9th but baby-girl decided to make her appearance a little earlier on May 25th our beautiful Daughter was born (8:14 Am) 5 LBS 15 Oz via pushing (vaginal) , Exactly at 38 Weeks the little one decided to come..,I was literally pushing for less than an hour and out she came (TEARS OF JOYYY) ♥ I was so glad that I didn’t have to keep pushing for long because Labor Pain is NO JOKE !! And I am sure any mom can relate to that….I love being pregnant with BABY WHYEN, I felt the most incredibly than ever and especially after birth..Giving birth was one of my greatest achievement and blessing, Me and my husband could not be more happier than ever ( Baby Girl keeps us alive and busy )…I Love every second of being a mom and I am proud of many things in my life but nothing beats being a Mother.
It has been three week since I give birth and I am slowly getting back to my normal life living, I continue to do what I did every day ( walking, eating healthy, drink lots of water, cooking, a little cleaning and of course taking care of the baby )..I try to keep myself busy when the baby is sleeping, Always remember for an advice ” When baby sleeps , You should take a nap when he/she is sleeping also “, It does help a-lot… Taking care of a new born comes with a lot of responsibilities and needs, ” it’s all about your little one “, and that is perfectly fine just enjoy the little time you have until they slowly grow up…Having a baby is one of the most wonderful things in your life as well even after having a baby , you can look better than ever…♥♥ Being a mom is the best feeling alive ( even though sometimes you will have sleepless nights, your busy taking care of the little one, but in the end it’s all worth it )
And remember Post-Partum takes a while to get back to your body, And depending on what you do just take it easy…..♥♥
“Being a mother is about learning about strengths you didn’t know you had and dealing with fears you didn’t know existed ”
Me and My Husband are forever bless with baby girl blessing this Ramadan <333
